Crooklets Beach Cafe, Crooklets, Bude EX23 8NF, UK – 01288 356013
Upon checking in the hotel had no record of my reservation, but they were very helpful after a brief period of panicking. The room was basic with a musty smell to it, but comfortable all the same, other than the shower which was little more than a dribble. The location is great with plenty of amenities nearby, and Bude is just lovely!
Great place for the family. Very reasonable food but good quality. All plates clean although I wouldn't recommend the lobster and crab burger. Just wasn't for me. Nice blush cider and Korev Cornish lager.

Having a great stay here opposite the beach at Bude. Great breakfast views into town, canal and coast. Warm, comfy rooms. Great breakfast from same kitchen as The Deck. Friendly family run hotel with lots to offer.
Just had a deck board. Fantastic food, excellently prepared and served by lovely people. A real hidden gem in North Cornwall and so family orientated. Book a table to avoid disappointment. Kids had a chicken burger again excellently prepared.

This is something to behold. Great to see this old, historic (and massive) pub being brought back to life. Lovely staff, amazing rum selection. Bedroom walls a little thin and the bathrooms could do with an upgrade. But food is good, ales excellent and lots of fun to be had.
We had a wonderful meal here on the last day of our holiday. The food was top notch. The staff were great. The pub was really really perfect in every way. Will definitely be back.
Poughhil Road, Poughill Rd, Poughill EX23 9ET, UK – 01288 354017
Lovely proper pub. Drinkers pub. In a charming village. Worth stopping by for a pint or several. And a game of darts.
Good pub. Good food. Good Service. Good drinks. Phone them and book though because they are busy
Howells Rd, Stratton, Bude EX23 9BX, UK – 01288 352396
A traditional pub surviving by it's deep traditional roots. There is something about this pub that locals will always love and welcome non locals, because that's the heart of Stratton. Don't expect gourmet food or a fine wine collection. But it serves decent food for the price and the alcohol likewise. The entrainment is limited but the interactions are not.
Great atmosphere. Good grub. Never had so much Scampi on one plate - very nice it was too.

I don't normally do reviews but on this occasion I felt I would .What a fantastic b&b Lyn and bob make you feel at home from the moment you walk through the door.
Lovely place to stay, the rooms are wonderfully presented and its situated ideally on one of the trunk roads for Cornwall. Not to mention its only a short walk into Bude to enjoy the sea and shops.

Excelent place to stay in Bude, right next to canal over looking the beautiful boats. 😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁😁
Had an amazing couple of days here in October, we were made to feel very welcome. The red room was so comfortable and clean and breakfast to die for, we will be back!
Crooklets Beach, Bude EX23 8NE, UK – 01288 355305
Excellent location. Room (gold) with views over the beach and coastline. Food is well presented, cooked and plentiful. Would recommend.
A 1st class, 5 star B&B in a magnificent location within sight and sound of the sea. Chris is a wonderful host who provides an excellent and varied breakfast. Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and a good shower. Can't wait to go again.
If you would like something truly different you might like to have a look at Airbnb. These are mostly B and Bs provided by people on a very informal basis. The may have a spare room, a yurt, a cottage or a barge with space they can receive guests for a night or a month! The website is highly professional. You can really see what you are going to get. Very well worth a look. Airbnb also show 'conventional' B&Bs as well. Enjoy!

A perfect place for a family holiday. Fantastic facilities with a great indoor and outdoor swimming pool and a lovely restaurant. Free access and parking for Widemouth beach is also a huge plus point especially with the complimentary tractor rides!
Excellent family and dog holiday spot. Facilities are superb and the location is spot on.

Lovely site, very friendly couple great facilities, much better than just camping in a boring plain field like some other sites. Will definitely visit again
Our family have been going to Willow Valley for the last 5 years now and we absolutely love it , nothing is to much trouble for Matt and Tina the children love helping out in the shop and Matt even lent me his car to take Aspen for a day out , the site is beautiful with a little stream running through ( great for keeping a few beers cool ) it has a real family friendly feel . Over the past 5 years we and the children have made friends that return the same time every year , night time manhunt game as become a definite regular and all the children went off to the pictures together last year , it's just perfect couldn't fault a single thing , see you soon Matt Tina love the Ridges xx

We store our caravan at Wooda and come here 2 to 3 times a year. This site has everything we like in a site. It's very well set out, the park is in stunning countryside, it has lovely walks for the family. There is tennis, table tennis, mini golf, a good children's play area and a dog walking field. The onsite bar is like a quaint pub and the food is such good quality, it could show many restaurants a thing or two. Add to that North Coast caravans to service your van and it's a perfect location to tour from.
Great family place to stay. Loads to do. Beaches are beautiful. Little shop on site sells a good selection. Reception staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the local area. Food at the on site restaurant is fantastic. Badminton. Table tennis. Fishing. Football. Lovely woodland walks. Enough space to fly kites and generally have fun x x x
Maer La, Bude EX23 9EE, UK – 01288 355955
Fab caravans. Lovely and clean. WiFi and 4g signal is horrendous though - be prepared to withdraw from humanity for the duration of your stay!!
Limited facilities, but the entertainment in the club house is excellent.
