Think of a world without any flowers
... by him the birds are fed
Lord of the boundless curves of space
Who put the scent into the roses
For the beauty of the earth
Come ye thankful people come

Let's tell you something about St Olaf's

We are an evangelical Anglican church in the village of Poughill on the edge of Bude, North Cornwall. When things are running normally, as well as worshipping in Church, we meet together in smaller groups for social occasions, in youth and children's groups, and for prayer and Bible study. We try to support each other in our faith and in our day to day lives. We don’t have all the answers but we are on a journey of discovery - growing to know God and what it means to follow Jesus Christ in the 21st century. Do join us - we love meeting new people, so visitors are especially welcome.
If there is any way we can help anyone at this time, do please make contact via the ways on our pages.

Next Sunday

We are currently able to hold a service on Sunday mornings at 11 am in St Olaf's, but places MUST be booked in advance please, by phoning our churchwarden, Tim Symonds.   Of course, like everywhere else, you will need to wear a face covering, and although the hymns will be played on the organ, you will not be able to singalong.

SOCKS and Youth Group

Our children's and youth gatherings are suspended for the time being.   If you would like any information about them, and about the on-line and Facebook things that are going on for children, young people and their families, please contact Rachel on 01288 353842.
